What is an inverter?

The inverter is usually categorised as the "brain" of your system.

The inverter is the electrical component of the system that converts the current it receives from the photovoltaic field (DC - direct current) into the current "usable" by the consumer (AC - alternating current). We adapt the inverter to the electrical supply of your home, taking into account the number of photovoltaic panels and the requirements of the owner of the network to which we will connect.

All the inverters we use are approved and certified for use in the British electricity system.
