Usually, all customers have automatic planning permission to install solar panels systems on their property, unless the customer’s property is located in a conservation area or is listed. In those cases it is the customer’s responsibility for obtaining all the necessary permits, consents and approvals. Such approvals may include building permits from the local planning authority, and listed building consent from local planning authority. However, if the customer is not able to obtain the planning permission in this scenario, we will cancel the project.
