• The Otovo Warranty for subscription purchases is for the full term of the subscription, 20 years for PV and 10 years for batteries. This covers the workmanship as well as the products. All replacement within this time is covered.
• For buy now purchases the Otovo Warranty provides a market leading five year workmanship warranty. The industry standard is two years.  Exceptionally, the Otovo Warranty also provides a five year product warranty. 
• In all cases solar panels come with manufacturer warranties of 25 years as well as longer performance output warranties to guarantee minimum performance of at least 85% of power; inverters come with manufacturer warranties of 10 years; and batteries come with manufacturer warranties of 10 years.
